Terms of Use

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

A quote request is an invitation for us to quote, not an order. Quotes we send are estimates based on the drawings and details you provide, are valid for the period stated on them, and become binding only when both sides confirm them in writing. We may decline any request.

Price, payment terms, lead time, delivery terms, tolerances and inspection are those set out in the confirmed quote. Where the quote is silent, parts are made to your drawing and to standard industry practice for the chosen process. Delivery dates are estimates; we will tell you promptly about any delay. Report defects or non-conformities within the period stated in the quote, or otherwise within 7 days of delivery, and we will repair, remake or refund the affected parts as agreed.

You keep all rights in the drawings and designs you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them only to quote, plan, manufacture, inspect and deliver your parts, including sharing them with manufacturing partners under confidentiality obligations. You confirm that you have the right to share them and that making the parts will not infringe anyone else’s rights. We handle drawings as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Request parts that are illegal, or whose manufacture or export requires a licence you do not hold (for example weapons or controlled items).
• Upload files that contain malware or that you have no right to share.
• Try to access other customers' data, disrupt the site, or scrape it with automated tools.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times. Ovrtrack’s name, logo and site content belong to us; do not use them without our permission.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost production or downtime. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and for use of the website alone to INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to resolve with you in good faith.
